At The Unicorns Project, we transform miniature horses into enchanting unicorns to spread joy and create meaningful connections. From schools to hospitals, our magical visits inspire smiles, hope, and moments of wonder for people of all ages. Founded by Karen Rudolph during the challenges of the COVID pandemic, our mission grew from simple neighborhood walks to a movement of happiness. With every visit, we share a powerful message: joy is all around us—it sometimes just takes a unicorn to help us see it.

A 16-time World, National, and Regional Champion, Remi is as bold as his achievements. When he’s not winning ribbons, he’s making everyone laugh with his playful antics and love for attention!

The Sweetheart of the Herd
A two-time World Grand Champion, Joni has the grace of a show horse and the charm of a best friend. She lights up every room she enters and always perks up for a sweet treat!
Tinker
Tiny but Full of Magic
Tiny but mighty, Tinker’s gentle nature has made her a beloved champion in the ring. She prefers quiet snuggles over the spotlight and has a soft spot for baby carrots and pear slices!
Dug
The Golden Boy of Joy
This golden boy is already a World Champion, but his true talent is spreading happiness. Whether he’s trotting in his glittery unicorn outfit or resting his head on your shoulder, Dug is pure magic!
Leo
The Dreamer (in training)
An ASPC Shetland Congress Champion and AMHR Reserve National Champion, Leo is a superstar in the making. He’s also our tallest unicorn and can’t wait to make pony ride wishes come true!
Taco
The Tiny Star (in training)
A 4x AMHA World Champion and 2024 AMHR National Champion, Taco is a little horse with big dreams. He’s still finding his confidence, but his soft palomino coat and curious personality make him absolutely irresistible!

Whether it’s a school, care facility, or neighborhood event, we’re committed to spreading joy right here at home.
